I'd like to welcome you to my place on the web by first sharing with you one of my favorite quotes:

This simple statement applies to so much of how I live my life and run my business.  Don't take that the wrong way!  What I mean is that so many people get caught up in systems, procedures, and in the mindset of, "This is the way we've always done it!"  I'm that person you want fighting for you because I get things done and fast!  I specialize in many areas of real estate, but I focus on the following areas more than anything else:

 

1.  Selling Residential real estate for SELLERS is one of the things that I excel at better than the competition.  I put homes in the position that they need to be on the market with all the right tools to get them sold quickly and for top dollar.  I don't sugar coat the market.  I give you the facts up front so that all of your goals can be met.

 

2.  Helping Buyers find the right new home is another thing that I'm passionate about.  I work with many first time home buyers and many multiple time home buyers that buy homes well in excess of $1 million.  However, I give each buyer the same level of attention and respect no matter what his or her price range.  I help them seek out and fight for the best interst rate from lenders.  I help them negotiate the best deal for their situation both in timing and financially.  But most importantly I help them be prepared for possible pitfalls that could come up and have a backup plan in place. 

 

3.  I help investors purchase and transfer residential and commercial real estate.  I advise clients as to long term investment strategies that suit their finanial goals and help them find new ways of investing such as through their IRA to make their hard earned money work for them.  Did you know that you can use your IRA to buy real estate?

 

4.  The thing I enjoy the most is consulting buyers and builders on new construction.  I have a keen eye for detail and a never ending desire to find a bargain.  My sense for design is a great asset to my clients because it allows me to give them input in order to acheive their dream.  My ability to see in my head how a space is going to look after completed allows me to point out problems before the home is ever built.  Clients come to me constantly asking me for advice on design, flow, sources for good deals and more.

 

    More than anything I love selling real estate because it allows me to meet so many different and interesting people that have truly become friends and confidants.  Some clients become even closer than my own family!  Selling real estate allows me to have a voice in the community and allows me the flexibility to participate in many community charities and organizations.  When people want to raise money, they know to call me and I'll help them. I guess I just love helping people so much and this job lets me do it 24/7!
